Twisted Sister is a group of American Hard rock officially created in February 1973 but which will not record its first album-demonstration, Ruff cutts , which in 1982 at Secret Records.

History

The first true album, Under the Blade , leaves in October 1982, at Secret Records (republished by Atlantic Records in June 1985). In 1983, Twisted Sister leave You Can' T Stop Rock' Roll , album which will become gold disc in the United States like with the Canada.

But You Can' T Stop Rock' Roll prepared only the raving success of the following album, Stay Hungry appeared in 1984 and which will become three times disc platinizes in the United States and seven times in Canada.

However, the albums which will follow will meet only one mitigated success. Since 1992, the group being satisfied to leave various and varied compilations, with the debatable interest.
