Twisted
A twisted is food containing flour of Maïs which belongs to the Mexican Cuisine and Guatemalan since millenia. Three hundred million twisted are consumed each day with the Mexico. Those are prepared by mixing corn or cornstarch with water and salt (more of the Saindoux, if one does them with corn), then the mass is cooked on a surface heated with gas or coal often made of metal, called comal .
History
According to the legend, the first twisted history was prepared 10.000 years ago before our era in order to satisfy king Maya.Certain researchers ensure that the inhabitants of the area of Puebla ate some already approximately 7000 years ago before our era. Actually the researchers are not unanimous, but all agree to say that twisted it is a thousand-year-old food. ---- Attention: in Spain and everywhere outside Mexico the word twisted indicates an omelet.
