The Rivière Tvertsa is a River of Russia, in the Oblast de Tver, and an affluent of left bank of the the Volga.

Tvertsa is long 188 km and its Bassin pouring extends on: 6510 km ². Its medium flow is of 55 m ³ /s. It is cold from November at the beginning of January to March-April.

Tvertsa sprinkles the towns of Torjok and Vychni Volotchek. The town of Tver is with the junction of Tvertsa and the Volga.
