Tutoriel

In Data-processing, one names tutoriel (of English tutorial ) a document of any type making it possible to help the user to be formed in an autonomous way to a Logiciel or a language. They are educational tools which can be appeared as another software, a video, an electronic textual document or paper, or step by step detailed instructions.

The tutoriel is a particular form of software Documentation, and more particularly of Document user.

The Anglicism tutorial (disadvised by the organizations of French and Québécois neology) however much more is used, but would raise difficulties in the plural. The plural of tutoriel is tutoriels and not tutoriaux .

One uses also the term Didacticiel, although this one indicates a didactic computer program rather.
