The turn Cèdre is a Gratte-ciel of offices located in the district of business of Defense, in France (precisely with Courbevoie, in the district of the Faubourg of the Arch).

Characteristics

The plan on the ground of the tower presents the form of a prism right; it has a brown and reflective frontage and tinted windows appearing in black outside.

The total height of the building since its base is of 103 Mr. the various floors of the building are distributed as follows:

  • One or more basements;
  • a stage located at the level of 7 avenue de l'Arche (entered secondary, technical premises);
  • an intermediate stage (staff canteen, buildings and offices technical);
  • a stage located at the level of the flagstone where emerges the principal access;
  • 25 stages, constituting strictly speaking the surfaces of offices;
  • a technical stage giving access to the roof of the building.

In front of the entry of the tower is placed a bronze of André Barelier entitled “the Telephone”, representing a person using a cellphone.

History

The Cèdre tower was the first tower built in the district of the Suburb of the Arch in 1998. It was initially called “T4 turn”, then “turn Cegetel”. In July 2007, the occupant of the tower was the group Neuf Cegetel.
