Tuoba CAT

Tuoba CAT (or You tender offer You ao) was the personal name of the emperor Taiwudi of the dynasty of the Wei of North, resulting from the Turkish people of the Tabghatch (or Tuoba in Mandarin). He was the third emperor of the Wei dynasty of North and reigned of 423 with 451. He fought against the Ruanruan.
