Tunisian company of bank

The Tunisian Company of bank (rear RTL الشركةالتونسيةللبنك) (STB) Banque founded Tunisia the January 18th 1957 is a . It opens its first branch the March 26th 1958.

It is about a Public limit company governed by the law n°2001-65 relating to the finance companies and whose Capital rises to 124,3 million Tunisian dinars. The participation in the capital of the bank is distributed as follows: parapublic public sector and (52,5%), foreign private sector (36,2%) and actors (11,3%).

In July 2007, the general President-director of the bank is Laroussi Bayoudh. Abdelaziz Mathari occupied this function of 1958 with 1970.

It is about the second public bank of Tunisia. By considering the banking Net profit, it is classified behind the agricultural national Banque. Its network is composed of 116 agencies, 18 exchange offices and 47 automated tellers of bank.
