A tumorectomy is the surgical act consisting in removing from a Living organism a Tumeur, whatever its cancerous nature, or benign.
The tumorectomy is total when it removes the whole tumoral mass. It is broad, also carrying a small portion of the healthy fabric surrounding the tumor.
