Tuck (knife)
Tuck is a word English indicating a Knife, with relatively short blade (20 to 40 cm) with square or triangular section. In French, we use indifferently the word " stylet " or " miséricorde" although it there does not have standard profile or defines mercy. It was a weapon used with end " touchant" when the sword S were unusable. Its frayed blade passed easily in the defects of the armours of punts.
