Tshela (or Tsiela or Tsiela-Mbanga) is the chief town of the district of the Low-river, province of the Low-Congo in Democratic republic of Congo. The birthplace of Joseph Kasa-Vubu, the first president of the Democratic republic of Congo is rather Kinkuma-Dizi, in the communue of Bula-Naku, the Territory of Tshela.
