Trunk (anatomy)

In human Anatomy , the trunk is the average part of the body. One subdivides it in three parts, from top to bottom: the Thorax, the Abdomen and the Small basin.

The trunk is supported by both lower extremities who are connected to the basin in bottom. The trunk also carries both upper limbs than the level of the thorax, on each side. Moreover the thorax is connected in top to the head via the Cou.
