Trumbull is a city located in the county of Fairfield, in the State of the Connecticut (the United States). According to the census of 2000, Trumbull had a total population of 34.243 inhabitants.

According to the Office of the Census of the United States, surface of the east city of 60,9 km ², including 60,3 km ² of grounds and 0,6 km ² of water levels (either 0,98%).

According to the Census of 2000, there were 34.243 inhabitants, 11.911 households, and 9.707 families in the city. The Population density was of 567,7 hab/km ². There were 12.160 houses with a density of 201,6 maisons/km ². The ethnic decomposition of the population was: 94,02% white; 1,88% black; 0,11% Amerindian; 2,38% Asian S; 0,02% natives of the islands of the Peaceful ; 0,71% of the other races; 0,88% of two or more races. 2,70% of the population were Hispanique or Latino of any race.
