Tropicalization

One calls tropicalization the process by which one adapts the resistance of a material to the environment in which it will have to function.

It can be realized in prevention of the following factors:

  • the moulds, the mushrooms
  • the Oxidation, the Corrosion
  • the moisture, the Heat

One will also note this term in the lexicon of photography.

The term of tropicalization is also used to describe the state of the Westerners having lived under the Tropiques and which test difficulties of being rehabilitated with their country of origin.
