The Trophée Eric Bompard is an international competition of figure skating and dance on ice. It is the fourth competition of the Grand Prix RESULTING and it takes place usually in November. It is always held with Paris, France.
Previously known under the name of Trophy Lalique , this competition exists since 1987. It was integrated into the Grand Prix RESULTING in 1995. This competition was sometimes called Trophée of France .
Since its existence, the competition was held twice elsewhere than with Paris. In 1991, it was held with Albertville as an pre-Olympic event. Bordeaux accommodated the competition in 1995.
Of 1999 with 2003, Eric Bompard and Lalique were the two principal silent partners of the competition. In 2004, Eric Bompard became the single silent partner and the competition changed name.
The compétion is in particular diffused on television on the chain Paris Première.
