The Troll has platform is a gigantic platform intended for the production of Gaz and one of the most complex constructions of the history. It is located on the gas layer Troll, the principal Norwegian gas layer, discovered in 1979 in the area center-is the North Sea. It was built between 1991 and 1995, by Johs Holt ACE, Shell Oil (Owner building), Norwegian Contractors (Construction) and VSL International (Prestressing).
