Trojan , so known under the name Tatakai No Banka (闘いの挽歌) or Requiem for War in Japan, is a Beat them all in 2D similar to Tiger Road or Kung-Fu Master . It was developed by Capcom and left in 1986 to the United States via the distributer Romstar. The play was more recently included in compilation Capcom Classics Collection on PlayStation 2 and Xbox.

Synopsis

The history depicts an post-apocalyptic world in a near future, devastated by the démoniaque influence of a diabolic sect and by the wars. The spirits of the lords of war of formerly were returned to the life, destroying any form of civilization with contempt and insanity. Most powerful of the survivors (called " Élus") are made have by these violent one spirits in order to exterminate the smallest tribes of a steel fist (what points out the scenarios of other works of fiction such as Mad max, Hokuto No Ken or Cyborg).

The supreme leader of this new kind names Achilles.

The player incarnates a young warrior involves with martial arts trying to resist the spirits malefic which took for name: Trojan. Its mission is to infiltrate the country of the army of the evil, combatant against the pirates and the gladiators and exorcizing these man-demons of the Earth.

Gameplay

There exist many versions of the play, most famous are the version arcade and the version 8-bit for the Nintendo Entertainment System including a versus mode for two players.

The version arcade can be also played two, but by alternating the players.
