Trochodendraceae
The family of the Trochodendraceae is a family of plants which includes/understands only one species: Trochodendron aralioides . They are trees (- 20m) with persistent sheets of the areas moderated with subtropical, originating in the Japan and Taiwan.
The phylogenetic classification of APG (1998) and APG II (2003) locate this family at the base of the " eudicots" gathered or optionellement joined together with the family Tetracentraceae which comprises only one species originating in China: Tetracentron sinense .
