the Triumph of Chastity is a work of Piero della Francesca, carried out between 1460 and 1470, an oil on wood (rare at Piero) and preserved at the Offices of Florence.

It is about a diptych (two panels) with double face including:

Portraits of the duke of Urbin
Frederic III of Montefeltro and its wife Battista Sforza.
The two profiles face on bottom of a idealized landscape and in prospect.
With the back
the two panels, of which their thirds of bottom comprise a Latin text, represent their arrival in the city accompanied by angels and unicorns, symbols of chastity in two triumphal tanks which advance one towards the other:
- the duke Frederic sat on one of them, crowned by the Victoire , upright behind him. Les horses is led by the Love , and, in front of the prince, are grouped the cardinal Virtues .
- the duchess occupies the other, also sitted and escorted of two figures of women. Son tank is harnessed unicorns, symbols of purity, is acompagné of the Faith and Charity .
