Triparty in the science of the numbers

Triparty in the science of the numbers is a work dating from the end of the Middle Ages.

Written by Nicolas Chuquet, Mathematician French, and very similar to other works left to the same time, this work, divided into three parts, consists of a collection of all the known rules of Arithmétique of the time. He is written in Former French.

If Nicolas Chuquet seems not to have quoted his sources at the time of his writing, the publication of Triparty was done only late after its death, the work having passed of the manuscript to a printed text.

Triparty gathers examples and explanations of calculations going from simple the Addition with the resolutions of quadratic equations while passing by several examples of commercial problems and their resolution.
