Tribal Jam

Tribal Jam is a French group of music DRUNK PERSON New Jack/R' B formed in 1994 by Moïse Tumba, song writer and performer and dancer and his Joseph brother, him also complete artist, Of Zairean origin , the two brothers are members of a family made at Lormont, in Banlieue of Bordeaux, in the years 1970-80.

Small, they are put at the Saxophone and the Guitare by listening to James Brown, Ray.C, Otis R, The Temptations, The Jackson 5, Aretha Franlin and Stevie Wonder, Marvin G, the Motown artists, and amongst other things, of the Drunk person, Gospel of the Jazz and the Reggae. They sign at EMI and leave their first album Tribal Jam into 1994 inspiration Funk - Soul " with the française". The first two individual is successes and the album marks a turning in the French musical landscape. EMI- Toshiba decides to leave the album in Asia. In 1998, second opus of Tribal Jam: " Start the show". They receive the award better French-speaking album with the " Africar Music Awards " in Ivory Coast. They are requested with the CORA of Sun City in South Africa, festival of the artists of the Diaspora black international, and nominated for best the revelation of the year to the Victoires of the music!

In same time, they collaborate in many projects: " Together against the AIDS " , " Children of the Earth " , " Voices of Freedom " … On the whole, a few million sold discs, of great rounds in France and abroad, a third album in forecast and the creation of their Label-production.

In 2003, Moïse recorded the Duo Symphony with Shola Ama.

In 2004, Moïse has interpreter the role of Draba, brother of Spartacus in the Spectacle musical " Gladiator " , takes part in Agir To react Album to the profit of the children of North Africa and is invited by the group of rap Marseilles IAM for the title Where Goes the Life? in 2004-2005, like on the album concept of Akhénaton (2006). This same year when it signs a Franco-Italian duet, with artist NEST, (Cielo d' Afrika) which resounds then, on the transalpine radios. In 2007, It records a title with the Ménélik artist says MNLK, " All is brought back to toi" from which the Clip is to be come (2007-2008). After several collaborations, where they sign songs for other artist-interpreters, new projects are in hand, concerning the two principal members of T.JAM CREW.
