The Triac is a Electronics component equivalent with the parallelization of two Thyristor S assembled head-digs (the Anode one would be connected to the Cathode other, the respective triggers, for example, being ordered simultaneously).

Operation

Once engaged by an impulse on the trigger, the triac lets pass the current until the moment when this current becomes again lower than a critical point (current of maintenance). From this structure, the triac is used to control the passage of alternative courses.
