Treigny

Treigny is a common French, located in the department of the Yonne and the area Burgundy at 200 km at the south of Paris.

Geography

Peaceful village of the Puisaye undulating and green sung by the écrivaine Colette, Treigny has an interesting church of XVIe century and two strong Châteaux: the Castle of Ratilly built in XIIIe century which dominates with its six turns the village and the valley of the Gimlet, and the castle of Guédelon in construction in the forest.

It is also a ground of election for the Potiers whose workshops exploit the white or red clay of the area and initiate the many tourists at the beautiful season.
