Trebinje (Serb: Требиње) is a city in the south-east of the Bosnia-Herzégovine.
The city has a climate and a culture méditéranéenne. It is surrounded by karstic mountain, stripped. The summers are very hot and dry there, while the winters are soft and wet. Trebinje is a splendid city having much of will attrai tourist of share its proximity to the Adriatic coast, its classified historic buildings, its climate and its festivals…
The city is located at 10 km of the Adriatic Sea.
According to the inhabitants, the name of the city is resulting from the passage of Napoleon who would have declared that this place was " very bien". Trebinje would be thus a Serb retranscription of what Napoleon pronounced.

In the census of 1991 the city counted 30.879 inhabitants of which:
