Treated Barriers , treated signed the November 15th 1715. It is signed between the Dutch and the Emperor become owner of the Spanish Netherlands: this confirmative treaty of the Treated of Utrecht of 1713, granted to the Dutchmen the right to hold garrison in a certain number of places of the Netherlands (the same ones as those of the preceding treaty).
