The Treated prohibition partial of the nuclear tests , signed the August 5th 1963 with Moscow little time after the crisis of Cuba, carries prohibition of the tests of nuclear weapons in the atmosphere, the outer space and under water. The underground testing is not included/understood in prohibition, in the condition which they do not involve the presence of radioactive waste out of the territorial limits of the state which carried out the tests. The the United States, the the USSR and the the United Kingdom immediately ratified it. The France and the China did not join there first of all.
