Treaty of Zamora
The Treated of known Zamora to be the act of independence of the Portugal and the beginning of the dynasty, is a peace signed between Alphonse Ier of Portugal and the king Alphonse VII of Castille the October 5th 1143.
The Portuguese sovereignty, recognized by Afonso VII with Zamora, will be confirmed by the pope Alexandre III only in 1179.
