The treated of Neuilly was signed, the November 27th 1919, by the Allies and the Bulgaria, allied of Germany during the First World War.
Bulgaria recognized officially the loss of the southernmost Dobroudja, annexed by the Romania at the conclusion of the Second war Balkan (treated of Bucharest, 1913), and yielded some districts Macedonians to new the Yugoslav State. The Western Thrace was allotted to the Greece, which deprived Bulgaria of its access to the Aegean Sea. Bulgaria was moreover to pay repairs and to limit its army to 20.000 men.
