Treaty of Luxembourg
The Traité of Luxembourg was signed by the members of the European Community the April 22nd 1970.
It founds a system of own resources. The Communities will thus perceive the customs duties and the taking away on the agricultural imports, and part of VAT. It also extends the budgetary capacities of the the European Parliament.
