The Traité of Kalisz (in German Vertrag von Kalisch , in Polish Pokój kaliski ) is a peace treaty concluded the July 8th 1343 between the king de Pologne Casimir III Large the and the teutonic Ordre.

The Cujavie and the area of Dobrzyń return to the Poland in exchange of the perpetual offering of the Poméranie de Gdańsk and the area of Chełmno to the Order. The Pape refuses to ratify this agreement.

This peace agreement was not considered to be equitable by Poland, but at this time, it is what it could obtain from better: to recover part of the asserted territories, to make safe its northern border and to create legal bases for possible future claims.
