Treaty of Hooted
The treated Hué is concluded on April 14th 1863 (to what corresponds then on August 25th, 1883, the application?).
It confirms the Accord of Saigon of 1862. The emperor of Annam yields the Tonkin to it to the France under Protectorat. He causes a Franco-Chinese Guerre which is concluded by the recognition by the China from the treaty on May 11th and on June 9th 1884 by the treated from Tien Tsin.
