Treaty of Elche

The Traité of Elche is an agreement reached between the kingdoms of Castille and Aragon in 1305 with Elche, in which one revised the fixed borders before one year in the Award of Torrellas. The modifications of borders were made in the territories conquered between 1296 and 1300 by Jacques II of Aragon in the Royaume of Murcie, depend on Castille. The principal modification compared to the Treaty of Torrellas was the handing-over of the city of Cartagène in Castille.
