Treasury of the French language in Quebec

The Trésor of the French language in Quebec ( TLFQ ) is a project “endogenist” launched in the years 1970 in order to “create an infrastructure of research which allows the development of true a French Lexicographie within the framework of a research deepened on the history and the current use of the French vocabulary Quebec. ”

From 1977 to 1997, the project is subsidized by the Université Laval and the Conseil of research in social sciences of Canada. The Minister of education of Quebec, 1976 until 1991, granted subsidies making it possible to engage students via the Funds for the training of researchers and the assistance with research.

For two years, the TLFQ has received a subsidy of AUPELF-UREF.
