the Treads of Gois are a Race on foot proceeding on the Passage of Gois.

This race, created in 1987, proceeds each year in June. The runners must cross the Passage of Gois when the tide assembles, thus putting them at the catches with the sea which recovers little by little the Passage.

In addition to the race elite, various races open to the amateurs are organized the same day.
