Transpole

Transpole (Keolis) is the name of the network of Public transport which serves the agglomeration of Lille.

The network

The network includes/understands:

  • railway mode: 4 lines, divided into 2 lines of Subway, 2 lines of Tram.
  • road mode: several lines of Bus.

Subway

The Métro of Lille (light automatic Vehicle or VALLEY) functions since 1983. It includes/understands two lines:
  • 1: C.H.R.B Calmette - 4 Cantons
  • 2: St Philibert - C.H. Dron

Tram

Create in 1909, the Tramway of Lille was renovated between 1991 and 1994. It is often called Mongy, of the name of Alfred Mongy, the engineer who created the lines Lille <> Roubaix and Lille <> Tourcoing at the same time as the grand boulevards
  • T: Park Lille-Flandres <> Tourcoing Center
  • R: Park Lille-Flandres <> Roubaix Eurotéléport
