The transcriptome is the whole of ARN messenger (molecules being used as matrix for the Synthèse of the proteins) resulting from the expression of part of the Génome of a cellular fabric or a type of cell. The characterization and the quantification of the transcriptome in a given fabric and conditions given make it possible to identify the Gène S credits, to determine the mechanisms of regulation of form of genes and to define the networks of form of genes. One of the techniques used simultaneously to measure the level of expression of a great number of the types different of ARN messenger is that of the chip with DNA.
