Tranquebar

Tharangambadi or Tranquebar (in Danish: Trankebar) is an Indian city located in the State of the Tamil Nadu. It was colony Danish of 1620 with 1845 (except 1801 with 1814 where it undergoes the English occupation because of the Alliance of the Denmark with the France Napoléonienne), date on which it was sold with the the United Kingdom.
