The Tranmere Rovers Football Club is a club of Football English founded in 1884. The club, based with Birkenhead, evolves/moves for the season 2007-2008 in Football League One (the third English division).

Historical reference marks

Founded in 1884 under the name of “Belmont AFC”, the club is renamed Tramere Rovers AFC in 1885. It adopts a statute professional in 1912 and joined the League in 1921 (Division 3-North). To note the participations out of Cut of the Wales for the third club of Liverpool.
