Tram of Moussey
The Tramway of Moussey was a rail link connecting Senones to Moussey in the the Vosges.
History
The Tramway of Moussey is in fact a prolongation of the Railroad of Rabodeau which carried out the connection of Étival-Clairefontaine to Senones, but these two lines were chartered by independent companies. The objective was to serve textile factories in the high valley of the Rabodeau.
The line was open the July 26th 1914 by the Company of the Tram of Senones to Moussey but quickly damaged by the combat of the First World War. The German troops dismounted even the way of Senones to Moussey. Due to rebuilding, the tram was given in service only in February 1928.
The line closed definitively the March 31st 1951.
