Train of exchangers
In the industry of the Oil, at the time of the Refining, much of energy is used to heat and cool the various products or crudes. In order to save a certain quantity of Calorie S, one builds series of exchanging thermics between those, giving rise to train of exchangers .
They consist of concentric tubes, where circulate the various products, of which the site, the length, and the diameters are calculated in a precise way, to maximize the profits of energy. Outgoing flows of the units of refining are very hot, one uses then to cool them, entering flows, which need to be heated before being treated. This limits the use of cooling systems or air coolers, and saves a good part of the energy of heating, within the unit of refining
