Trafford Leigh-Mallory
Sir Trafford Leigh-Mallory (July 11th 1892 - November 14th 1944) was a British commander in the Royal Air Force during the Second world war. It directed the aviation of the unloading to Normandy.
He was the British officer more graded to die during the war.
