Trade union of the French bookstore
The Trade union of the French bookstore (in summary SLF), born on June 7th, 1999 of the fusion of the ULF and the SNLF, is an interprofessional association which defends the interests of the bookstore in France. It gathers today 500 independent bookstores, of all sizes, general practitioners and of speciality, distributed on the whole of the territory.
Roles
- Its role traditional of professional organization consists in defending the moral and material interests of the profession, in the first title of which the application and the evolution of the law of August 10th, 1981 appear.
- the interprofessional relations and the commercial conditions with the actors of the chain of the book consist in ensuring the perenniality of the systems of the equalizations of the costs of this chain.
- the professional branches bookstore, within the CCN, is also an important activity for the trade union which impels the main trends wages professional training.
