Traci Lords

Traci Lords (or Traci Elizabeth Lords), born Nora Louise Kuzma (it changed registry office), is an American actress, born the May 7th 1968 in Steubenville in the Ohio (E. - U.).

Remained famous for scandal that it caused in 1986 when FBI discovered that it had turned to it quasi totality of its films while being minor - what put an end to its career -, Traci Lords was one of largest the stars of the American pornographic cinema of the years 1980. It since succeeded in being reconverted into the cinema and the show “traditional” business. The pornographic film possession in which it appears is illegal in many countries (except single the turned major one).

Biography

Second child of a family of four girls, it is born in 1968 in Steubenville, small town of Ohio, a Russian mother and an Ukrainian Jewish father. She receives a preserving and religious education and sings every Sunday in the chorus of the church. She carries out however a difficult childhood within a family poor and obliged to move regularly.

Its childhood is upset when, at the ten years age, she is violated in a field by a sixteen year old neighbor who was also his “boyfriend” of the time (later, during her adolescence, she will be also deceived by her father-in-law). Little time after, his/her mother divorces and takes along the four little girls food to Redondo Beach to California. There, Traci is metamorphosed. She gets dressed with sexy clothing, leaves with boys, devotes herself to alcohol and starts to pose for photographs of charm. The result is not made wait. She causes a scandal and leaves the school after one of his/her comrades discovered and denounced his activity. In 1984, it undergoes its first abortion.

The jump towards the pornographic cinema occurs then with a very natural obviousness:

As it is only sixteen years old, it takes the identity of one of her friends, Christy Lee Nussman, which has twenty-two of them. But it is the television which brings back it truly on the front of the scene thanks to several series: Melrose Places in 1995, where it holds the role of a psychopathe, Profiler in 1997, where it incarnates with brilliance némésis Walker the Ale, and finally First Wave in 2000 as Jordan Radcliffe.

Thanks to these successes, it takes part in large Talk Shows American like celebrates it Late night of Larry King. In same time, it launches out in the rock'n'roll and the techno in 1995 with the album 1000 Fires (traditional for the pioneers of the scene turnip of L.A) which is a critical success because " one of the albums “Techno-dance-trip-hop” most led of sound époque".

She married since and lives in Los Angeles with her husband.

In October 2007, it is confined of its first child, Joseph Gunnar.
