Tréport
Tréport is a common French, located in the department of the Seine-Maritime and the area High-Normandy.
The inhabitants are called (Tréportais)
Geography
Located at north of the department and at the edge of the Handle, it has a Plage Galet S with the foot of the cliff S of Craie.
Seaside resort, Tréport has a casino.
Tréport belongs to the “three sisters cities”, with Have and Mers-les-Bains.
The departmental port of Tréport was built on the mouth of the Bresle, Rivière which historically mark the limit between the Normandy and the Picardy. Mers-les-Bains is thus on the Picardy part of this small Estuaire of which the southern part makes function of port of fishing, of commercial port and marina (Bois, Argile S and Phosphate S primarily).
