Tréduder

Tréduder is a common French, located in the department of the Coast-with Armor and the area Brittany. Its name refers to saint Tuder, originating in Ireland and companion in saint Efflamm in particular. Since the 17th century, Tréduder is under the patronage of Theodore Saint.

Geography

Tréduder is located between the English Channel at north and Lanvellec at the south. In the west, the brook Dour Elego separates it from Plufur. This last brook is thrown in Yar which separates Tréduder from Saint-Sebastien in Plestin-the-Strikes. In the east, Roscoat separates it from Saint-Michel-in-Strike on the coast, and Plouzélambre a little more in the south.

History

Agricultural commune more than littoral, Tréduder was devoted formerly to the flax before acquiring a certain notoriety for its Cidre until the middle of the 20th century.

Charlezenn , alias Marguerite Charles, criminal who at the 16th century carried out a large band of brigands whose den was wood which borders the mile of Strike.
