Toyo Mitunobu

Toyo Mitunobu (October 9th, 1897 - June 8th, 1944), rear-admiral employed Japanese in Italy; June 8th, 1944 was going with its Yamanaka assistant in Merano for a Conference naval. In Pianosinatico, close to the step of Abetone, along the " Gothique" line; , its car was stopped by XI Zone Patriots, ordered by Manrico " Pippo" Ducceschi and when it tried to escape, it was killed and they were found much documents important concerning the zone of war of the Pacific Ocean, that later will help of important actions for the final victory of the army of the United States.
