Town hall of Turns
The Town hall of Tours is built between 1896 and 1904 by the Architecte tourangeau Victor Laloux. The monumental building, inordinately large compared to the place Jean Jaurès and for the Law courts, is intended to reflect the republican virtues and the municipal authority. The Town hall and the place Jean Jaurès evoke a Parisian installation.
