Tower the Villette
The tower the Villette (in the past turn Daewoo , in the past turn Pariphérique , sometimes named turn Olympe ) is a Gratte-ciel of offices located on the commune of Aubervilliers, with the limit of Paris, in edge of the ring road Parisian, in France.
It comprises a carpark of 665 places.
History
It was called turn Daewoo at the time because it lodged the Korean firm Daewoo which had its ensign on the roof, until the dismantling of the company at the end of the years 1990. It is sometimes called turn Olympe of the name of its owner since 2000 (after the departure of Daewoo), the Olympe Group. It was entirely renovated of 1993 to 1995. From 2002,2002, after being sold with the group Olympe, the tower, which never had been completely occupied, life begins again: prestigious companies like Acticall (a data-processing company belonging to group LVMH), Rhodia (already firmly established in Aubervilliers), RANK XEROX, the Zurich insurances, settle in the tower.
The tower was acquired in 2007 by the Spanish investor Renta Corporation, who partially rented it at Parisian social security offices.
