Touvre (river)
The Touvre is a French Rivière of the area Poitou-Charentes, fruit of an important resurgence. It takes its source in the commune of Touvre (Charente). It is the larger second Résurgence of France after the Fountain of Vaucluse which gives rise to the Sorgue.

Geography
Touvre often has an higher capacity with that of the Charente. It is thrown in the latter (left bank) with Hinge-Pontouvre in the agglomeration of Angouleme.
