Tournament of Wimbledon 1993

The Tournoi of Wimbledon 1993 was held June 21st with the July 5th 1993.

In the male table, the American Pete Sampras asserted himself, marking the beginning of a long reign on the tournament into simple. Finally, it overrode its compatriot Jim Courier, who had however gained the first two liftings of the Grand Slam of the season.

Allemande Steffi Graf, as for it, gained the simpe ladies for the fifth time, dominating the Czech Jana Novotna in three sets.
