Money coast

Pilgrimage
Three of the four historical ways of the Pèlerinage of Saint-Jacques-to-Compostelle cross the department of the Moors:-
Via Lemovicensis, at the beginning of Vézelay
- Via Podiensis, at the beginning of the Puy-en-Velay
- Via Turonensis, at the beginning of Turns
These ways are registered with the world heritage of UNESCO since 1998. The Voie of Soulac Littoral Aquitanian is added to it. The recent beaconing of these medieval ways tends to instigate a new form of tourism.

In addition to the historical ways of Saint-Jacob, four major sites stages landais were registered on the list of the world heritage of humanity the same year:
- the Bell-tower porch of Mimizan
- the Abbey of Saint-Sever
- the Abbey Midsummer's Day de Sorde and its old monastery Benedictine of the 17th century, with its barn batelière (cryptoportic)
Religious heritage
The churches of the Moors and the abbeys of the Moors, including one certain number are classified by the Historic buildings, form a remarkable religious heritage. Festivals
Many cities and villages organize festivals in summer period. The most important demonstrations take place:-
with Mount-with-Marsan: Festivals of the Madeleine the third week of July, preceded by the festival of art Flamenco
- with Dax: the Fêtes of Dax take place the second week of August. The city becomes animated again with Toros there Salsa in September.
- with Saint-Vincent-with-Tyrosse, the fourth week of July.
Art & Culture

the Museum of Mount-of-Marsan, the only one in France devoted exclusively to the figurative modern sculpture, shelters works of Charles Despiau and Robert Wlérick.
- the Écomusée of the Large Moor recalls the life of the shepherds landais at the 19th century, before the agro-pastoral system landais disappears with the profit from the plantation from the main forest.
- the museum Felix Arnaudin with Labouheyre.
